How it works
Section titled “How it works”- Create a share link from any running preview
- Enter the recipient’s email address
- They receive a link and a one-time TOTP verification code
- After verification, they get access to the preview
Access controls
Section titled “Access controls”- Time-limited — share links can be configured to expire
- Email-verified — only the intended recipient can access the preview
- Audit logged — every access is recorded with who, when, and what they viewed
Who can you share with?
Section titled “Who can you share with?”Anyone with an email address: teammates, clients, partners, auditors, stakeholders. They don’t need a PreviewProof account.
