Testing Checklists

Replace spreadsheets with structured testing checklists attached to each preview.

Creating checklists

Checklists can be created manually or generated automatically by AI from acceptance criteria (linked from Jira tickets or entered directly).

Testing flow

Reviewers work through each checklist item and mark it as:

  • Pass — the item works as expected
  • Fail — the item doesn’t work, with optional comments explaining what went wrong
  • Skip — not applicable for this review

AI-generated checklists

Section titled “AI-generated checklists”

When connected to Jira or when acceptance criteria are provided, PreviewProof’s AI generates test checklists automatically. The AI learns from your product over time, producing increasingly thorough checklists with each feature you ship.
