PreviewProof is licensed software that runs in customer-controlled infrastructure. This policy covers personal data we process as a company — primarily through this marketing website, sales and support communications, and our demo environment. It does not cover data processed by the Software inside customer environments, which remains under the customer's control.

Customer data inside the licensed Software: Code, configurations, and preview content processed by the Software run on infrastructure operated by the customer. PreviewProof does not collect or store this data as part of the license.
