PreviewProof is licensed software that runs in customer-controlled infrastructure. This policy covers personal data we process as a company — primarily through this marketing website, sales and support communications, and our demo environment. It does not cover data processed by the Software inside customer environments, which remains under the customer's control.
Contact information: When you book a demo, contact sales, or otherwise reach out, we collect your name, business email address, organization name, and any details you choose to share.
Marketing site usage: We collect information about how visitors use this website, including pages visited and referring sources. We use Google Analytics to help understand usage patterns.
Demo environment: If you use our hosted demo environment, we may collect basic usage information for the duration of the demo session.
Customer data inside the licensed Software: Code, configurations, and preview content processed by the Software run on infrastructure operated by the customer. PreviewProof does not collect or store this data as part of the license.
