By accessing or using PreviewProof ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PreviewProof provides a platform for deploying, sharing, and managing full-stack preview environments. The Service includes web-based tools for preview deployment, secure sharing, testing checklists, approval pipelines, and related integrations.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) upload or deploy malicious code; (c) interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' use of it; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Service.
You retain ownership of all code, configurations, and data you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant PreviewProof a limited license to host, display, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service. We will not use Your Content for any other purpose.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime when possible.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end and we may delete Your Content after a reasonable retention period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PreviewProof shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
