Terms of Service

These terms govern marketing site use and the general relationship with PreviewProof. Software license terms are set out in the License Agreement provided with each subscription.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or using PreviewProof software ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the Software.

2. The Software

PreviewProof is licensed software for deploying, sharing, and managing full-stack preview environments inside your own infrastructure. The Software includes components for preview deployment, secure sharing, testing checklists, approval pipelines, and related integrations. PreviewProof does not host customer preview environments or customer data; the Software runs on infrastructure you operate.

3. License Grant

Subject to a separate License Agreement and payment of applicable fees, PreviewProof grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, time-limited license to install and use the Software for Customer's internal business purposes during the subscription term. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by PreviewProof.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations in connection with the Software; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except as permitted by law; (c) remove or alter proprietary notices; (d) sublicense, resell, or make the Software available to third parties outside the licensed scope; (e) use the Software to develop a competing product.

5. Customer Data

Code, configurations, and preview content processed by the Software remain entirely under Customer's control on Customer's infrastructure. PreviewProof does not access or process Customer data as part of providing the Software license. Any optional support, professional services, or telemetry that involves Customer data is governed by the License Agreement and may require explicit Customer consent.

6. Updates and Support

During an active subscription, Customer is entitled to Software updates and the support tier specified in the License Agreement. PreviewProof has no obligation to provide updates or support after the subscription term ends.

7. Fees and Subscription Term

Software licenses are sold as annual subscriptions, billed in advance for the term specified in the order form or License Agreement. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. License fees may change at renewal with reasonable advance notice.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the License Agreement in accordance with its terms. Upon termination or expiration of the subscription, Customer's right to use the Software ends and Customer must stop using and remove all copies of the Software from its systems. Customer's data remains on Customer's infrastructure under Customer's control.

9. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided on the terms set out in the License Agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PreviewProof shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these website terms from time to time. Material changes affecting an active license relationship will be communicated as required by the License Agreement. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
